Leisureworld Provides Notice of Release of First Quarter 2015 Financial Results and Annual and Special Meeting

MARKHAM, ON --(Marketwired - March 30, 2015) - Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation ("Leisureworld" or the "Company") LW today announced that it will release its first quarter 2015 financial results on Wednesday, May 13, 2015, after normal trading hours. Lois Cormack, President and CEO, and Nitin Jain, Executive Vice President and CFO, will host a conference call and live internet webcast for the investment community the following day, Thursday, May 14, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) to discuss the Company's financial and operating results.

The record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting is March 12, 2015.
