MY Announces Appointment of New Senior Management

ZHONGSHAN, China, Feb. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- China Ming Yang Wind Power Group Limited ("Ming Yang" or "the Company") MY, a leading wind turbine manufacturer in China, today announced the appointment of Mr. Jianren Wen as President of the Company. He succeeded Mr. Xueyong Zhao who resigned as President of the Company on October 10, 2014. The appointment is with immediate effect.

Mr. Jianren Wen has over 20-year experience in electricity and electrical equipment industry and is familiar with Ming Yang's operation and management. He served as a senior engineer and vice president of Zhongshan Mingyang Electric Co., Ltd. ("Mingyang Electric"), a company controlled by Mr. Chuanwei Zhang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ming Yang, from 1995 to 2005, and President of Mingyang Electric from 2007 till now.
