Windstream Declares 25-Cent Quarterly Dividend

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Feb. 11, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Windstream Holdings, Inc.'s WIN board of directors today declared a quarterly dividend of 25-cents per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable April 15, 2015, to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2015.
