MoneyGram Extends Relationship With SBI Remit in Japan

TOKYO, Japan (Feb 11, 2015) (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MoneyGram MGI, a leading global money transfer company, today announced that it has extended its relationship with SBI Remit Japan, one of MoneyGram's key agents in Asia. MoneyGram will continue to provide services both online and through walk-in locations for customers in Japan who want to send funds securely and quickly to friends and family around the world.

MoneyGram's service with SBI Remit is easy to use. Senders can register on the SBI remit website at www.remit.co.jp. Senders can then deposit the funds in SBI Remit deposit accounts at Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Resona Bank and Citibank. Deposits can also be made from FamiPort at any Family Mart locations throughout Japan.
