TCF to Hold Its Annual Meeting on April 22, 2015

TCF Financial Corporation ("TCF") TCB today announced its annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. CT at the Marriott Minneapolis West, 9960 Wayzata Boulevard, St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Holders of record of TCF common stock at the close of business on February 23, 2015 will be eligible to vote at the annual meeting.
