Aqua America Declares March 2015 Dividend

BRYN MAWR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

The Board of Directors of Aqua America, Inc. WTR declared a quarterly cash dividend payment of $0.165 per share payable on March 1, 2015, to all shareholders of record on February 13, 2015.

The March dividend payment of $0.165 per share represents a $0.013, or 8.6 percent, increase over the March 2014 dividend payment of $0.152. The annual dividend rate is now at $0.66 per year compared to $0.608 at the same time in the previous year. The March dividend payment marks the 70^th year that Aqua has paid consecutive quarterly dividends. The company has raised the quarterly dividend 24 times in the last 23 years.
