The Company donated nearly $200,000 in cash and product to advance its mission of improving communities and homes for generations to come – a vision that also drives the enduring quality and sustainability of Lumber Liquidators' products.

The roster of 60 causes Lumber Liquidators supported in 2014 boasts impressive diversity.

This includes several organizations that share the Company's commitment to sustainability such as the Tropical Forest Foundation (TFF), an international non-profit that strives to protect the long-term health of forests.

Lumber Liquidators also continued its ongoing support for numerous international organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities®. The Company has supported the Charity in the United States with flooring donations for nearly a decade. In 2014, the Company helped provide flooring for 12 Ronald McDonald House® programs in the United States. The organization provides accommodations, support and vital resources for families with children receiving medical treatment so they can focus on what matters most – their child.

Additional Lay It Forward beneficiaries included the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation, an organization that raises awareness and provides support for those with the disorder, and the National Braille Press, a non-profit Boston-based publishing house promoting literacy among blind children.

Lumber Liquidators is also proud to be a Virginia-based company. The Company supported a number of Habitat for Humanity affiliates across Virginia along with Junior Achievement of Central Virginia and Williamsburg Montessori School.
