U.S. Cellular secures a $225 million bank term loan

CHICAGO, Jan. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- United States Cellular Corporation USM announced today that it has secured a seven-year bank term loan with CoBank and other farm credit system lenders for up to $225 million.

U.S. Cellular expects to use the borrowings for general corporate purposes, including potential spectrum purchases and capital expenditures.

CoBank served as Lead Arranger, Administrative Agent, and Bookrunner.
