Flotek Industries Announces Updated Fourth Quarter and Year-End Earnings Release Date and Conference Call Schedule and Winter Investor Day Details

HOUSTON, Jan. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Flotek Industries, Inc. FTK this morning announced that it will host its 2014 fourth quarter and year-end earnings release and conference call on Wednesday, January 28, 2015. The conference call was originally scheduled for Thursday, January 29, 2015.  The company accelerated its reporting schedule to accommodate other business scheduling issues that conflicted with the original reporting date.

Flotek plans to file its 10-K after the market close on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. In addition, the Company will provide additional details regarding financial and operating results in a press release after the market close on January 27, 2015. Flotek intends to provide dial-in information through a press release on January 27, 2015.

Flotek Industries Winter Investor Day
