Aircastle Announces Pricing of $500 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes

STAMFORD, Conn., Jan. 12, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Aircastle Limited AYR ("Aircastle") announced today the pricing of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due 2022 (the "notes").  The notes were priced at par.  Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of indebtedness.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole Securities (USA) Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
