Hershey Declares Quarterly Dividends

The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company HSY today announced quarterly dividends of $0.535 on the Common Stock and $0.486 on the Class B Common Stock. The dividends are payable March 16, 2015, to stockholders of record February 25, 2015. It is the 341^st consecutive regular dividend on the Common Stock and the 122^nd consecutive regular dividend on the Class B Common Stock.
