CorEnergy Declares 2014 Fourth Quarter Dividend of $0.130 Per Share

KANSAS CITY, Mo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. CORR ("CorEnergy" or the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared the Company's 2014 fourth quarter dividend of $0.130 per share. The fourth quarter dividend is payable on February 27, 2015 to shareholders of record on February 13, 2015.

CorEnergy anticipates that it will increase the dividend from $0.130 to $0.135 for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 (or $0.54 cents per share annualized).
