Eaton Acquires UK Safety Technology Manufacturer Oxalis Group Ltd.

Power management company Eaton ETN today announced it has acquired Oxalis Group Ltd. Headquartered in Stratford-upon-Avon, United Kingdom, Oxalis manufactures closed-circuit TV camera stations, public address/general alarm systems and other electrical products for the hazardous area, marine, and industrial communications markets. Terms were not disclosed.
