Joann Eisenhart, Ph.D., Nominated to Join Plexus Board of Directors

NEENAH, WI, December 9, 2014 - Plexus Corp. PLXS, today announced that its Board of Directors nominated Joann Eisenhart for election to the board at the 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on February 18, 2014.  Dr. Eisenhart is Senior Vice President-Human Resources, Facilities and Philanthropy at Northwestern Mutual, a financial services and insurance provider.  She was Senior Vice President-Human Resources, Worldwide Manager and Operational Support at Pfizer Inc., a global biopharmaceutical company, from 2008 until 2011.  Prior to joining Pfizer in 2001, Dr. Eisenhart held various leadership positions at Rohm & Haas Company, a specialty chemical company, including Human Resources Director and Senior Research Scientist.  She also serves on the Board of Advisors for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Department of Chemistry and the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross of Southeastern Wisconsin.

Dr. Eisenhart earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; she also earned both an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University.
