Fast-Growing Brokerage Firm Positions for Additional Expansion in 2015; Adds Asia Desk & Broker Annex in Kirkland

Kirkland, Washington (PRWEB) December 31, 2014

Realogics Sotheby's International Realty (http://www.RSIR.com), the Pacific Northwest's largest affiliate for the global real estate network, announced today the appointment of Chris Loeliger as Managing Broker for RSIR Eastside Operations based out of the Kirkland Branch office. The fast-growing brokerage firm is preparing for further expansion on the Eastside adding additional real estate teams while also opening their new Asia Desk in early January 2015 to target a rise in international buyers.

“We are proud to welcome Chris to the executive team as we augment our infrastructure and localize management within our branch offices,” says Dean Jones, President & CEO of RSIR. “Certified as a real estate educator and a negotiation expert, Chris is both savvy and approachable, which makes his appointment a natural fit for our expanding agent roster on the Eastside. Our team enjoys his relaxed personality – in fact, most people are surprised to learn that Chris is actually a rocket scientist – literally!”

Before applying his analytical mindset to real estate, Loeliger designed flight simulators for the US Air Force at a division of Hughes Aircraft. Befitting a global real estate brand, Loeliger is also well-travelled having lived in San Francisco, Dallas, Boulder and even Tokyo where he attended the prestigious American School in Japan during his childhood. He later graduated with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado.

“While I enjoy sitting behind a computer crunching numbers, I discovered I was even more passionate about helping people,” said Loeliger. “In my new role as Managing Broker for RSIR, I'll have the opportunity to do both. I enjoy problem-solving, researching, offering advice, mentoring and supporting our brokers in their own professional growth. In a way, I'm back to my roots engineering but this time I'm preparing my brokers for blast off. Watching their business soar is highly rewarding to me.”

Interestingly, in addition to his real estate career Loeliger is also an avid winemaker. He and his wife Dawn are owners in Woodinville-based Jester Cellars.
