Dean Foods Completes Redemption Of 9.750% Senior Notes Due 2018

DALLAS, Dec. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Dean Foods Company DF today announced the completion of its redemption of all of its 9.750% senior notes due 2018 (the "Notes"). Pursuant to a previously announced redemption notice, on December 15, 2014 (the "Redemption Date"), Dean Foods redeemed the entire $24 million outstanding principal amount of the Notes at a redemption price equal to 104.875% of the principal amount of the Notes redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest on the principal amount to the Redemption Date, or approximately $26.1 million in total.  Dean Foods financed the redemption with borrowings under its senior secured credit facility.
