Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Dec. 15, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. SRC ("Spirit"), a real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in single-tenant, operationally essential real estate, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1700 per common share. The new dividend represents a 2.3% increase from the previous quarterly rate of $0.16625 per common share.

Common shareholders of record as of December 31, 2014, will receive the $0.1700 cash dividend on January 15, 2015. This dividend represents an annualized rate of $0.6800 per share.
