The Valence Group Advises Dow on the Sale of Its Sodium Borohydride Business to Vertellus

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

The Valence Group has advised The Dow Chemical Company on the sale of its global Sodium Borohydride business to Vertellus Specialty Materials LLC, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2015 pending regulatory approvals. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
