Loveland hotels volunteer with Loveland Habitat for Humanity to build homes for families displaced by 2013 Colorado floods

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott and Hampton Inn by Hilton Loveland hotels volunteered for a Build Day on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 in support of Loveland Habitat for Humanity. The team spent the day assisting the organization in building homes at a local construction site. The three hotels sought a community project where they could give back to the numerous families who filled their rooms following the devastating floods in 2013. After the initial clearing of snow and ice from the foundation of four connected homes, projects throughout the day included framing walls, sawing lumber and installing studs.

Loveland Habitat for Humanity is a non-profit housing organization that brings people together to build homes, communities and hope. Habitat for Humanity works with people in need, while striving to make affordable housing a matter of conscience throughout the Loveland area and around the world.
