Cantel Medical Corp. Names Jorgen Hansen as President and COO and Announces Other Corporate Appointments

LITTLE FALLS, N.J., Nov. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. CMN announced the promotion of Jorgen Hansen, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, to President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hansen joined Cantel in November 2012.  Andrew Krakauer will remain Chief Executive Officer of Cantel.

The Board concurrently appointed Eric Nodiff, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and Craig Sheldon from Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In addition, Steven Anaya, Vice President and Controller was named Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer.
