SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Pioneer Energy Services PES announced today that it has completed the offer to exchange up to $300 million of its 6.125% Senior Notes due 2022, which have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 for a like principal amount of its 6.125% Senior Notes due 2022, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933.
The Company received tenders for all $300 million in aggregate principal amount of the 6.125% Senior Notes due 2022, which were exchanged for $300 million of 6.125% Senior Notes due 2022, which have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933.
