HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo., Nov. 17, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. ADES (the "Company") today announced that on November 13, 2014, the Company received a positive decision from the Listing Qualifications Panel (the "Panel") of The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC ("NASDAQ") granting the Company's request for an exception within which to evidence compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely filing of periodic reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). In order to evidence full compliance with the terms of the Panel's decision, on or before March 27, 2015, the Company must file all outstanding annual and periodic reports with the SEC, including the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2014, for which the Company received an additional Rule 5250(c)(1) delinquency notice from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Staff on November 12, 2014. The Company expects that it will be able to timely satisfy the terms of the Panel's decision.
