Macquarie Infrastructure Company Announces Pricing of Secondary Public Offering of LLC Interests

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Macquarie Infrastructure Company LLC MIC (the “Company” or “MIC”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1,296,992 LLC interests (“shares”) of the Company by The Voting Trust of IMTT Holdings Inc. (the “Trust”) at a price to the public of $70.88 per share. The Trust will receive all of the proceeds from this offering. No shares are being sold by the Company.

Barclays is acting as sole bookrunner for the offering. The offering was made under the Company's existing shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 8, 2013, as amended, and is expected to close on November 10, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
