London, United Kingdom, October 28, 2014 - Seadrill Partners LLC SDLP ("Seadrill Partners" or the "Company") announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended September 30, 2014 of $0.5525 per unit, which represents an increase of approximately 2% from the Second quarter of 2014. Year to date in 2014 distributions will have increased from $0.4450 for the fourth quarter of 2013 to $0.5525 for the third quarter of 2014, which equates to 24% increase.

Given the acquisition of an additional 28% of Seadrill Operating L.P. during the third quarter of 2014 and further potential acquisitions currently under evaluation, the Company's management expect to recommend a further distribution increase in the fourth quarter of 2014.

Any increase in the Company's cash distributions with respect to the quarters ending on and after December 31, 2014 would be conditioned upon, among other things, the approval of such increase by our Board and the absence of any material adverse developments or potentially attractive opportunities that would make such an increase inadvisable.

This cash distribution will be paid on November 14, 2014 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on Novemberber 7, 2014.
