PrairieSky Royalty Declares October Dividend and Announces Date for Third Quarter 2014 Conference Call

CALGARY, Oct. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. ("PrairieSky") PSK announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of CDN $0.1058 per common share to be paid on November 17, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 31, 2014.

This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.

PrairieSky will release its third quarter 2014 results on Monday, November 3, 2014 after markets close.  The news release detailing PrairieSky's third quarter 2014 results will provide operating and financial information.  Financial statements will be available on the company's website at www.prairiesky.com.
