Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Declares 455th Regular Quarterly Dividend

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. CHD today reported that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of thirty-one cents ($0.31) per share.

This quarterly dividend will be payable December 1, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 11, 2014. It is the Company's 455th regular consecutive quarterly dividend.
