SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

DCT Industrial Trust Inc.® DCT, a leading industrial real estate company, announced today the acquisition of a value-add, Class A, 111,000 square foot building located in the Carlsbad submarket of North County, San Diego. Located in the Carlsbad Research Center, a 560-acre master-planned business park, the building is currently 44 percent leased.
