WASHINGTON, D.C., September 19, 2014 - Leigh Ann Pusey, president and CEO of the American Insurance Association (AIA) congratulated Chubb, FM Global, Munich Re, The Hartford, Swiss Re and Travelers on being rated Top 10 Commercial Carriers by Property Casualty 360. The biennial Producer Survey, done in partnership with Flaspöhler Research Group, surveyed 526 independent producers about insurer utilization, performance, perceptions of insurers and related topics.
Ratings were given by producers who have worked with carriers across 11 evaluation factors. Those factors included: underwriting process, responsive service, products and coverages, partnership, claims handling, financial security, brand reputation, technology support, risk-management and loss-control programs, compensation program, and handling of global insurance needs.
