Gartner Positions Unisys as a "Leader" in Magic Quadrant Report for End-User Outsourcing Services, North America

BLUE BELL, Pa., Sept. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisys Corporation UIS, a leading provider of IT managed services, today announced that Gartner, Inc. has positioned Unisys in the "Leaders" quadrant in the 2014 Gartner Magic Quadrant for End-User Outsourcing Services, North America.

Unisys handles approximately 6.5 million North American IT service events for its clients annually.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant report evaluates service providers on ability to execute and completeness of vision for end-user outsourcing services. As the report states, "Gartner's scope of end-user outsourcing (EUO) services span clients' day-to-day management and operations of the desktop, mobility and the service desk." ¹
