Charter Communications Statement Regarding the Satellite Television Access and Viewer Rights Act (STAVRA) Proposal

STAMFORD, Conn., Sept. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Communications, Inc. CHTR today released the following statement in response to the Satellite Television Access and Viewer Rights Act (STAVRA) proposal.
