EnerCare Inc. Announces Monthly Dividend

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 19, 2014) - EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") ECI today announced a cash dividend of $0.0604 per common share for the month of September 2014. The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2014. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
