CHICAGO, ILLINOIS--(Marketwired - Sept. 8, 2014) - BMO Capital Markets, the investment and corporate banking arm of BMO Financial Group, will hold its 9th annual North American Real Estate Conference on Monday, September 15, and Tuesday, September 16, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago.

The conference is expected to draw over 400 North American real estate companies, institutional investors and other industry participants.

Renowned contrarian investor Sam Zell, who has significant real estate holdings in the U.S. and emerging markets, will hold a fireside chat on Monday, September 15th. Ed Sonshine, CEO of RioCan REIT, will also hold a fireside chat on Tuesday morning.

The conference this year, which takes place as deal activity is on the rise across North American Real Estate sectors, will host panelists from North America's largest and most active real estate companies. Discussion will focus on future trends, and explore top of mind subjects such as the potential impact of e-commerce on commercial real estate.

The conference will be hosted by BMO research analysts Paul Adornato, based in New York, and Heather Kirk and Troy MacLean from Toronto.
