Director Appointment and Chief Executive Officer

Vancouver, British Columbia / ACCESSWIRE / September 26, 2014 / Shamrock Enterprises Inc. SRS wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert Faris to the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Faris will also assume the position Chief Executive Officer of the Company and be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Company. Gordon Osinchuk will continue as serve as President.

Mr. Faris is a business consultant with 27 years of diverse experience in the Canadian investment and junior capital markets. Previously, Mr. Faris worked with War Eagle Mining for 15 years, holding various positions including Vice-President, Corporate Development. He also served as a business development consultant to many junior companies involved in oil and gas exploration, mineral exploration and the technology sector.

Under this new leadership the Company anticipates exploring new opportunities for the Company's development.
