The Container Store Hires Pete Lodwick as Vice President and General Counsel

The Container Store TCS, the nation's leading retailer of storage and organization products, today announced the addition of Pete Lodwick to the retailer's executive team as Vice President and General Counsel. Lodwick will lead both internal and external teams responsible for legal strategy, regulatory affairs, and corporate compliance.

Prior to joining The Container Store, Lodwick practiced for 34 years at the Dallas-based law firm Thompson & Knight in the corporate and securities department, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance, representation of special committees and Audit Committees and Board governance matters.
