LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) HPP announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.125 per share for the third quarter of 2014. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on September 20, 2014.

In addition, the Board of Directors also declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2014 on its 8.375% Series B Cumulative Preferred Stock of $0.52344 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2014 to stockholders of record on September 20, 2014.
