Out-of-the-box integration modules provide a seamless online experience for supporters and increased information for internal data analysis.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) August 28, 2014

Small World Labs, provider of the leading online community platform for nonprofits and member-based associations, today announced two new additions to its list of productized, out of the box integrations available for free to all customers. Effective immediately, Small World Labs now offers full integration between Small World Labs Community and Blackbaud's premier peer-to-peer fundraising product, TeamRaiser™, as well as with Blackbaud's eMarketing software for online fundraising, Sphere® eMarketing™.

These additions provide a seamless experience for end-users and more comprehensive data to the organization. “Our new integrations with Blackbaud's TeamRaiser™ and Sphere™ not only increase the value of our platform by helping organizations meet their strategic goals of maximizing user engagement, but also demonstrates our commitment to providing organizations with a fully integrated solution," said Michael Wilson, Small World Labs' CEO and Founder. "Nonprofit organizations, their members, fundraisers, volunteers, advocates, and all of their supporters benefit," he continued.

Julie Willig, Grassroots Officer for the United Nations Foundation's Girl Up campaign, added, “We currently use Blackbaud TeamRaiser™ for event-based fundraising and use Small World Labs Community as the online platform for our grassroots initiatives. Combining these two platforms will create a seamless experience for our supporters, while creating potential growth in our fundraising efforts.”

The Small World Labs integrations with Blackbaud TeamRaiser™ and Sphere™ provide powerful tools to nonprofit organizations and associations that deploy Small World Labs Community, including:

  •     Single Sign-On: providing seamless registration and login for constituents
  •     Profile Data Syncing: keeping all systems up to date with the latest member information
  •     Personalization: tying together each platforms' personalization features
  •     Auto-Assignment: automatically placing segments of users in target collaboration groups

Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation Manager of Web Production and Social Media, Julie Lubinsky, remarked, "By moving our previous online community to Small World Labs, we were able to improve the online experience for our supporters and learn more about them at the same time. That's win-win."

Blackbaud VP of Global Channels & Partner Ecosystem, Chris Clinton, added, “These new integrations with TeamRaiser™ and Sphere™, which are in addition to Small World Labs' existing integrations with Luminate Online Marketing™ and Luminate CRM™, demonstrate Small World Labs' continued commitment to the nonprofit market and bring additional value to our joint customers.”

"We've worked with Small World Labs and Blackbaud on several client projects and understand their products well," added Jen Frazier, President of Firefly Partners, a full service digital agency that works exclusively with nonprofits and associations across North America. "These integrations will make a big difference for organizations and improve their online fundraising capabilities."
