Plymouth Realty Capital Corp. files restated financial statements and MD&A for the period ended December 31, 2013

TORONTO, Aug. 28, 2014 /CNW/ - Plymouth Realty Capital Corp. ("Plymouth") (TSXV: "PH.P"), a capital pool company, announced today that it has restated and re-filed its audited financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis for the period ended December 31, 2013 (the "Financial Statements"). During the second quarter of 2014, management identified professional fees totalling $35,102 relating to the period ended December 31, 2013 that had not been previously recorded. The Financial Statements have been restated to reflect these professional fees.
