Cyberonics to Participate in Upcoming Investor Conferences

HOUSTON, Aug. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyberonics, Inc. CYBX, a global leader in medical devices for the treatment and management of epilepsy, today announced it will participate in the following conferences.

Rohan Hoare, Cyberonics' Chief Operating Officer, will present at the Morgan Stanley 2014 Global Healthcare Conference in New York on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 3:30 PM Eastern Time.  The conference will be conducted in an "unplugged" format, with presentations limited to verbal remarks only.  The session will not be webcast. 

Greg Browne, Cyberonics' Chief Financial Officer, will present at the Credit Suisse 5^th Annual Small and Mid Cap Conference in New York on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 10:10 AM Eastern Time.  The format for this conference is an informal group meeting followed by a question and answer session.  No slides will be presented, and the group meeting will not be webcast.
