Expedia, Inc. Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering

BELLEVUE, Wash., Aug. 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Expedia, Inc. EXPE today announced that it has agreed to sell $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.50% senior notes due 2024 (the "Notes"). The Notes will be guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of Expedia, Inc. The offering of the Notes is expected to close on August 18, 2014. Expedia expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., RBC Capital Markets, LLC and RBS Securities Inc. are the joint book-running managers of the offering.
