EMC Insurance Group Inc. EMCI (the “Company”) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share of common stock payable September 16, 2014 to shareholders of record as of September 9, 2014. The Company has declared a quarterly dividend since it became a publicly held company in February 1982.
