Process for Obtaining Press Credentials for September 4 California Gubernatorial Debate at Cal Channel

Comcast Spotlight:

WHO:		Debate between Governor Brown and Neel Kashkari

WHAT:		Please email Carol Dahmen if you are attending as a member of the media. Deadline to register is TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2.

WHERE:		Media area will be located in the Senator Hotel Lobby located at 1121 L Street. Media are advised to enter on the East (12^th St.) side—Check-in required.

WHEN:		Media area will be operational starting at 3 p.m. September 4^th.
		Wifi and power will be provided. Viewing monitors will be set up in media area.

		Debate is from 7pm – 8 pm.

		Video and audio feeds will be available for broadcast and streaming online. More details on video and audio feeds forthcoming.

WHY:		All media will need to have credentials to be inside the Senator Hotel designated media area.

DETAILS: Due to the small space at Cal Channel, only participants and immediate staff will be allowed inside the Cal Channel studios.

Notes:
		1. TV Trucks – We will have parking available. Please let me know if you are bringing a truck.
