ATK Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Dividend

ARLINGTON, Va., July 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- ATK ATK today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share. The dividend will be payable September 25, 2014, to stockholders of record as of September 3, 2014.
