Barnes & Noble at The Grove To Host Chris Colfer The Land of Stories Booksigning and Costume Party July 19 at 2PM

BKS, the nation's largest retail bookseller and the leading retailer of content, digital media and educational products, today announced that on Saturday, July 19 at 2pm Barnes & Noble at the Grove in Los Angeles will host a booksigning and costume party with bestselling author Chris Colfer for his new book The Land of Stories: A Grimm Warning. Fans of The Land of Stories series are invited to come to the booksigning dressed as their favorite characters from the series. Giveaways including exclusive comic collectibles and signed copies of the complete Land of Stories series will be given out throughout the day.

Colfer's booksigning is the kickoff event for The Grove Barnes & Noble's exciting lineup of events for the Get Pop-Cultured^™ with Barnes & Noble campaign, a month long pop culture celebration at stores nationwide. The celebration will bring to life customers' favorite books, characters, movies, artists, illustrators and pop culture with themed events, author signings, panel discussions, contests, exclusive content, giveaways and prizes, sneak peeks, activities, and more.

Wristbands for the Colfer signing and costume party will be distributed beginning at 9am on Saturday, July 19. Wristbanded customers will be eligible for special giveaways.
