NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

JPMorgan Chase & Co. This adjustment resulted from the declaration by the Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase on May 20, 2014 of a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share on the outstanding shares of the Firm's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 3, 2014. This dividend declaration did not result in a change in the Warrant Share Number.
