The first Hyatt Place will open this month in the nation's capital. The hotel is located within three blocks of the NoMa-Gallaudet U Metro station (Red Line) and north of the U.S. Capitol, the Smithsonian Institution, Union Station, the White House and Washington DC Convention Center.
