James Nuzzo Joins Charter Communications as Executive Vice President of Business Planning

STAMFORD, Conn., June 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Communications, Inc. CHTR today announced that James Nuzzo has joined the Company as Executive Vice President, Business Planning. Mr. Nuzzo will report to Charter Chief Operating Officer, John Bickham, and will oversee business planning for the Company, working closely with the field operations, customer care, marketing, network operations, technology and product teams.

"Jim's extensive background and experience in the cable industry makes him the ideal choice to lead Charter's Business Planning efforts," said John Bickham. Nuzzo joins Charter from Cablevision Systems Corporation where he served for 27 years, most recently as Senior Executive Vice President, Operations and Business Planning. Nuzzo held several executive business planning positions at Cablevision since 1997.  Prior to that he was a finance executive at Rainbow Advertising Sales Corporation, the advertising sales division of Rainbow Media (currently AMC Networks).  He originally joined Cablevision in 1986.

Mr. Nuzzo earned a BBA with an emphasis on accounting from Hofstra University.
