NEW YORK, June 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of OpenTable, Inc. ("OpenTable" or the "Company") OPEN concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by The Priceline Group Inc. ("Priceline").

Under the terms of the transaction, the Priceline will purchase OpenTable in a transaction valued at approximately $2.6 billion.  OpenTable shareholders will receive $103 in cash for each share of OpenTable owned.
