WALLA WALLA, Wash., June 25, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Banner Corporation BANR, the parent company of Banner Bank and Islanders Bank, today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share. The dividend will be payable July 15, 2014, to common shareholders of record on July 7, 2014.

Banner Corporation also announced that it will report second quarter 2014 results after the market closes on Wednesday, July 23, 2014.
