CACI Awarded $31 Million Prime Contract to Continue Modernizing U.S. Navy Personnel and Pay Systems

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

CACI International Inc CACI announced today that it is one of three companies to have been awarded a prime contract with a total potential value of $31 million to continue providing business processing reengineering (BPR), requirements analysis, and enterprise architecture support for the Bureau of Naval Personnel (BUPERS) personnel and pay systems. This three-year (one base plus two options) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract represents continuing work for CACI and bolsters the company's presence in its high-growth Business Systems Solutions market area.

BUPERS serves as the human resources department of the Navy Personnel Command, providing administrative leadership, policy planning, and general oversight. Under the terms of the contract, CACI will provide BPR, requirements analysis, and enterprise architecture support for the functional aspect of the personnel system and pay systems run by the BUPERS Office of the Chief of Naval Operations Business Transformation Office and IT Investment Management Office. The company will analyze and design workflow and organizational processes to improve quality, time management, and cost. The overall goal is to support the effort to modernize the Navy's Active and Reserve Military personnel and pay service delivery environment.

CACI has developed strong technical competence in performing this work for BUPERS as a subcontractor since 2008. In transitioning to a prime role, CACI offers proven expertise in supporting BUPERS, established customer satisfaction, low cost, and a seamless transition to the new contract.
