Pinnacle West Declares Quarterly Dividend

Pinnacle West Capital Corporation's PNW Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5675 per share of common stock, payable on September 2, 2014, to shareholders of record on August 1, 2014.

In addition, Pinnacle West plans to release its second-quarter results before the U.S. financial markets open on Thursday, July 31, 2014.
